The Skate Authentic Mid updates Vans’ original silhouette with a balanced, skate-ready profile. Sitting between low and high, the mid-top design adds just enough coverage for a more secure feel without sacrificing flexibility. As with all of our Skate models, we built it with our vulcanized SickStick™ rubber outsole for perfect grip and boardfeel, PopCush™ insoles for unmatched impact protection, and the DuraCap™ underlays for added protection against the wear and tear of griptape. With a clean, unpadded upper and a funcional, snug fit around the ankle, the Skate Authentic Mid is lighter, more flexible, and designed for skateboarding.
